Re: Draconix - Two Headed Dragon Bot

(...) Eric, You ain't fooling me.. that's Din-Din with wings. Actually, I'm not really seeing the 'dragon' shape here, aside from the wings. Still, this very much fits in with your other excellent mech. -Lenny (20 years ago, 7-Jun-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: TL-2 Chiron - New model

(...) Cool. I love the clown shoes. (...) I'm no photograhpy expert, but for a start may I suggest putting your light source in front of the model, and maybe adding at least one more of them. cheers, Allister. (20 years ago, 7-Jun-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.space, FTX)

  TL-2 Chiron - New model

Hey all! This is an entry into the TGBSLILAU competition as well as simply being a new mech/spaceship :) (URL) It transforms, too! (URL) Gallery (post mod): (URL) this ship is actually based off the TL-2 Chiron from the game R-Type Final as always, (...)   Re: Medium Mech, "Brawl"

(...) Tobias, I'm glad you liked the lower leg structure. It's nice to be able to give back a joint idea after adopting so many that I've seen on other mechs. (20 years ago, 6-Jun-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Project: Gundam Completed!

Hey All- I have finally finished doing one of my dreams: building a lego gundam that looks good. Heck, I built two! May I present to you the RX-79 Desert Variant and the RGM-79 Sniper: (URL) Sorry if the pic is a bit big, but I'm proud of them :<) (...) (20 years ago, 6-Jun-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Medium Mech, "Brawl"

(...) I like the shape, that slope piece is a great canopy. Not having windows adds to the mechanical and sturdy feeling. I have to compliment you on the knee joints - clever use of the angled ball-hinge piece, while at the same time using a 3*2 (...) (20 years ago, 6-Jun-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New MOC: Pirate Landmate

(...) Well, if that isn't the best use of a skull ever, I don't know what is. This has alot of character, very cool. -Dan Rubin Chair of the Cyber-braintrust (URL) (20 years ago, 6-Jun-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Medium Mech, "Brawl"

(...) Thanks for the compliments, e. Three times as big? Plate hinges and Bionicle joints aren't going to do the trick anymore at that scale. I need to get me some worm gears... (20 years ago, 6-Jun-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Medium Mech, "Brawl"

(...) -sinp- Well that is just cool. Of course using parts like that for the head is gonna get me pumped! Boxey, relative minifig scale, Keep going, this is good stuff. I dare ya. For some reason, I really like the feet, along with the head/pilot (...) (20 years ago, 5-Jun-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)
