I like the message title you used, it got my attention. :-)
I have no problem with a 1% variance on the piece count. It is no different
than if you counted the extra pieces LEGO manages to throw in the box. In
this case, you used those pieces. <g>

BTW, I got my project at work done and I will be working on the voting
procedures before the week is out.
