Can anyone tell me why these 5 people havn't posted their ballots? If they're not intrested in the outcome of the contest, why bother!?! Should lazyness be rewarded? (...) Two came in since then. A third wrote back and said he was stuck on vacation far away in an icestorm with limited slow Internet access and wasn't going to be able to complete the ballot.
