Anyway, it looks like Kevin L. may be avoiding the Fickle Finger of Fate by
getting things back up fairly quickly (and I apologize after the fact for
all the evil things I was thinking about you, Kevin). So...
...it looks like we may actually be able to go back to something like our
original schedule for voting. I will retest the ballot later on, check with
the valiant Commander Curt that the official webpage matches the info on the
ballot, annoy the Man behind the Curtain (for no particular reason), send a
pointless and confusing email to the Other Guy, AND DO OTHER SECRET STUFF!!!
