Well, let's see... The best page that I've seen that demonstrates these
techniques is Eric Brok's pages, particularly this one:

But I can't hit that page right now, unfortunately. Does anyone know if
Eric moved his site, or can other people hit this page?
If he moved it, I hope that someone can post a link to his new pages,
because he's got some really great structures, plus demonstrations of
techniques that I love to look at. I'll need to update my links page on
my website.
