Well, it's been up for a month and a half and is handling the traffic okay, so I thought I might risk an announcement... The Abston Church of Christ is back online. I've added some "...for dummies" style explanations about minifigs and other stuff (...) (22 years ago, 3-Jan-03, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.announce.moc) !

Thanks, Scott. I don't really care what people say about it or me, since even those who find it as a result of some disparaging post seem to enjoy it, judging by the email I get. This is arguably one of the coolest LEGO projects I've ever seen, anywhere. I am not at all even slightly religious, but I feel that I can appreciate the spirit of your creation. In short, you need to do more of this. (22 years ago, 4-Jan-03, to lugnet.build.arch)

I just have to say wow. The shear amount of time and energy that must have gone into this is absolutley amazing, not to mention monetary funds. As for criticism, i spent three weeks building a virtual soccer stadium, and all i can do is look at it (...) (21 years ago, 7-Jan-03, to lugnet.build.arch)
