Here's a couple to start you on your way. The first is one of my models, a
slightly compressed version of the BP building in Cleveland, OH:

It is, however, very large and unlikely to be duplicated without a great
deal of bricks.
On a much smaller scale are Bram Lambrecht's models. Bram originally wanted
to do architecture but switched to mechanical engineering instead. He's
done two architecture projects, Frank Lloyd Wright's Falling Water, and a
custom designed studio building:

| Hello, I teach CAD at a Community College in California, and for the last few semesters I've incorporated LEGO (specifically, LEGO Technic) into my curriculum. My students design a vehicle by modeling the pieces on the computer (AutoCAD, presently). (...) (22 years ago, 28-Jun-02, to lugnet.build.arch)
