Thank you, Mark. Precious is such a part of this church it'll never be possible
for me to think of it without thinking of her, so it was, indeed, fitting to
dedicate it to her. The project covers almost the entire time she was with me,
and many of the pictures I have of it have Precious in them. She made the
project a lot of fun.
I got back into LEGO after a 20-year dark ages after my first cat passed away,
as a way of dealing with grief. This church was conceived almost immediately,
and it's the first significant thing I built of LEGO in 20 years.
I adopted Precious a few days after Murray died - probably about the same time
I bought a few blue tubs. So she predates the church project by at most a
couple weeks, and it was completed the day she passed away. It is, indeed, her
church.
