Re: tiny house (half timber) and child

A beautiful small house! Has a great 'cuteness' quality to it which is so hard to achieve... Congrats on the building and more importantly your child! God Bless, Nathan (16 years ago, 24-Jan-08, to lugnet.build.arch, FTX)

Re: tiny house (half timber) and child

(...) Judy, David, That house is adorable, nice use of the Technic parts as gingerbread. I bet your son is more adorable though, congrats, George (16 years ago, 23-Jan-08, to lugnet.build.arch, FTX)

Re: Square with fountain - WIP

This is still not the "final product", I just connected my slightly rebuilt church to the park. There are some odd-color pieces I will change. (Mosty fences.) (...) How could anyone even hint that you are repetitive. I wish I had the ability to design just one of your items. If I did, I think I would sit and do it over and over. you have a real flair and your stuff is excellent. John P (16 years ago, 2-Jan-08, to lugnet.build.arch, FTX)

Re: new moc: water tower house

(...) no worries, i took yours as a compliment! the wink was meant for someone else who has said my style may be a bit too recognizable (read: repetitive) but i took it with the grain of salt that it probably was meant to be. -§ deborah §- (16 years ago, 2-Jan-08, to lugnet.build.arch, FTX)

Re: new moc: water tower house

One word: A-maz-ing ! I've seen this way of curve construction before, even tried it myself (it comes as a logical conclusion to having an abundance of 1*2 bricks around for no particular use) but I couldn't imagine something so architecturally (...)   Re: Share your dome!

I'm not sure this qualifies as a dome. I like to or at least try to make my roofs "exciting". A dull roof can kill a house with an otherwise great/interesting facade. So once I said to myself, let's add a small observatory to the rooftop. Well, it (...) (17 years ago, 27-Nov-07, to lugnet.build, lugnet.build.arch, FTX)
