It's the third building built after a real-life example... first was my brewery "Hengelo bier", which in desolate state is still in existance today : (URL) second building was a post-WW2 standard house designed for the Dutch Railways, to house (...) (...) Hi there Jan-Albert! I like the house very much! I have seen pictures of it before. Pretty amazing architecture for 1924. I also like doing LEGO versions of real houses and buildings.
