the rural portion of (URL) railfair 27>, ottawa's train show, featured among other things this country home with apple orchard & duck pond. (URL) while some around the farm have been less than busy, other's are more industrious and get to the daily (...) Hi, Deborah. I've really been enjoying your recent MOCs. Your minifig scale furniture is sleek and very inspirational. Great use of the two 1x2 "videotape" tiles for oven burners. another of my contributions to railfair 27 was the 18-hole mini-putt golf course inspired by my 12-year-old niece, jenna. we spent a week in maine this summer & we took her & her younger brother to a large mini-putt with one hole played inside the (...) (...) here in canada, there is a furniture chain called "the brick". ottawa is a quasi-bilingual city. as you might have guessed, in french, "brique" also means brick. the pun she may also have been referring to was the "herd" of cows - pictures yet (...) Wow, I'm speechless! I wish you had posted these earlier - I have a bunch of non-AFOL furniture designers in my CAD class who were looking for something to draw for my LEGO assignment.. i too was fortunate to experience my first lego/train show at railfair 27 held in ottawa this past weekend - an experience that needs to be repeated more than once a year. the group worked well together, orchestrating the layout with smooth (...) Yep-- and one of the biggest problems was the fact that the paper, although made by Lego, didn't QUITE line up with the studs at the lengths we were dealing with, because supposedly it gets stretched in the printing process. I just wanted to say that I had an absolute blast on Saturday - one of the best outings I've had as a member of NELUG. Despite having to rebuild my one section repeatedly (thus creating "The Gash"[1]), we probably could have completed our building (...) The pictures aren't clear but these lattice windows... (URL) actually attached to the wall they're in. They just slide in some tracks. In fact, the top third of the window isn't attached to the bottom 2/3. Amy (20 years ago, 16-Oct-04, to lugnet.build.arch)
