  Re: Skyscrapers

(...) Is it done within roughly a 6x6 stud footprint? If so, then I am definitely interested. I have seen a number of pictures of wonderful "giant scale" models such as this one in NYC: (URL) J. Spencer Rezkalla (23 years ago, 11-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.arch)

  Skyscrapers

The Chrysler Building has already been done. If you would like to see the model, grab a copy of The Ultimate Lego Book. It will give you a fairly good illustration of the spire. Good Luck if you decide to proceed. (23 years ago, 11-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.arch)

  Re: Abston College Christ Chapel

(...) Ah, classic Hughes architecture. My only question is when will the first church be unveiled to the public? (23 years ago, 11-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.town)

(...) Let's just say that Bricklink, Lego Shop at Home, and 1x2 tile grilles have become very close friends of mine ;-) (23 years ago, 11-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.arch)

  Re: Skyscrapers

(...) I have a few ideas floating around. Not everything out there translates well at the common scale I am using. For instance I would love to do the Chrysler building - but if the famed spire doesn't look right, there's no point in even doing the (...) (23 years ago, 11-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.arch)

  Re: Abston College Christ Chapel

Hey! That looks pretty good thus far. Is that the front section of the chapel, or do you plan to add more to it? You should put some gargoyles over the roof to look down at unsuspecting citizens. That would be cool. <<_Matt Hein_>> Lugnet member no. (...) (23 years ago, 10-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.town)

  Re: New Cathedral MOC

Awesome! Now that's the kind of model I would place in the front of my medieval town, now if only I could get some bricks... <<_Matt Hein_>> ---...--- Read the Draken Chronicles , my lego story @ www.lugnet.com/peopl...ers/~1112/ (23 years ago, 27-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.arch)
