Re: Proto MOC: Chinese Fishing Boat

Quite clever! I like it and the colors aren't bad, but to get it just right it would need to be tan. But it looks like a reed boat. Really neat! Build On, Josh (...) (22 years ago, 26-Mar-03, to lugnet.boats, lugnet.build.ancient)

Re: Proto MOC: Chinese Fishing Boat

That turned out pretty cool. Creative use of parts. And the colors don't look too bad as it is. I like it. -Andrew (...) (22 years ago, 26-Mar-03, to lugnet.boats, lugnet.build.ancient)

  Proto MOC: Chinese Fishing Boat

Hi Everybody, This is just a small MOC I made after seeing several Chinese and Egyptian fishing boats made out of bamboo and reeds. The colors aren't perfect, but it gets the point across. Whoops! Forgot to get back to on these. Let's see. (...) Oh, shame on me! I've lead you astray. The other two new photos are actually in Genesis.   Re: The Brick Testament: Rebellion and Repercussions

(...) I don't claim to understand Yahweh's system of justice, but as far as I know, there's no evidence in the Bible that Aaron ever took any blame for the whole Golden Calf incident. Somehow he got off scott-free while 4,000 of his fellow (...) (22 years ago, 13-Mar-03, to lugnet.build.ancient)

Re: The Brick Testament: Rebellion and Repercussions

(...) Thanks, Bruce. (...) Cool. (...) Yes, you are technically correct. But then I wouldn't get to show off the Ark of the Covenant!   Re: The Brick Testament: Rebellion and Repercussions

It looks like Aaron finally got his dessert from Yawheh. Oh wait. When exactly did he sin against Yawheh? Oh, the golden calf. But then, Yawheh killed his two sons for no reason whatsoever. I also don't get how did Moses and Aaron "doubted" Yawheh (...) (22 years ago, 12-Mar-03, to lugnet.build.ancient)

Hey Brendan, Great as always. Second Rebellion: I really like the combination of Dooku torso with brown arms and legs, black turban, and Madame Hooch's (?) cape.
