Great as always.

Thanks, Bruce.

Second Rebellion: I really like the combination of Dooku torso with brown arms
and legs, black turban, and Madame Hooch's (?) cape.

Cool.  I wanted to make sure Korah was a charismatic enough-looking guy for
250 Israelite men of repute to follow him into rebellion -- someone who
could stand up to Moses and not just look foolish.

Plague:  I really like the choice of face in Numbers 17:12 - that's a great
hysterical expression.

That one's come in a handy a few times now.  He was also the deliriously
happy Barabbas just after release from death row.

Moses and Aaron Doomed:  Nice sense of continuity between the Desert
of Zin and the Desert of Sin from Ex 16:1.  I like the use of the tubing
as fountains of water.

One would have expected Moses and Aaron's folly to occur in the desert of
Sin.  But nope.  Apparently they did right in Sin, but somehow messed up at Zin.

Hey, looking for the Desert of Sin, it seems like you redid the picture for
Exodus 14:21 (parting the Red Sea/Sea of Reeds).  Is this true, or am I
misremembering?

It's true!  As you had pointed out back then, the original photo was a bit
unsatisfying.  I think the new one is a little bit of an improvement.  I
decided to redo it when I realized I now owned enough of those big 6x8x1
slopes in blue from the big NBA court set.

I also went back and replaced two other photos in Exodus after getting new
and better parts.  Shall I tell you what they are, or would you prefer the
challenge of finding them?  @8^)

Not Through Edom:  I really like the court of Edom, with a mix of normal and
SNOT in the floor and walls, also that patterned rug.

Can you tell I've been dying to do some indoor scenes again after all this
wandering the desert?  I have all these ideas for nice walls and floors, but
I'll just have to wait.

Man, you've gone out
and got yourself a big pile of basketball players!

Nah, I'm just a cheater.  Care to guess how many "caucasian" minifigs I
actually own?

Aaron Dies:  Once again, I like the way you are making mountains in the
distance in Numbers 20:22.  I also like the way you are making Mount Hor
out of brown and burnt orange to contrast with previous mountains out of
grays.

Thanks.  I wanted to have that variation in scenery.  You can't really tell
in the final photos, but in background of the close-up shots of Yahweh,
Moses, and Aaron in front of Mount Hor, I decided to make exact copies of
the standard BURP shape using brown and dark orange bricks.

From what I understand, Edom (which means red) was located in the reddish
brown hill country in the south of Canaan.  The choice of the "caucasian"
minifigs was not incidental either.  The Edomites are the descendants of
Esau who had red skin.  Of course, his Egyptian wife had yellow skin, so
their descendants are that sickly shade of orangey-peach LEGO uses for
"white" people.

(...) Don't tell me, let me try. Hmmmm. . . . I'm going with Exodus 10:15, and maybe 9:10? (...) You mean that's cut and paste? Good job. Looking close, I'll guess 9--the first two rows in Num 20:20 are real, those behind are repeats. (...) Hey, (...) (22 years ago, 13-Mar-03, to lugnet.build.ancient)
