| | Hi All, I posted some pictures of my two latest WWII MOCs ... a flatbed train car with an 88mm anti-aircraft gun mounted on it, and a Lockheed P38 Lightning airplane. | | | | (...) Very cool, Shaun! I've wanted to take a shot at making a P-38, myself, but I've too many other things lined up at present - including a rebuild of my Corsair. (I was pretty happy with it till I came across your MOC's and now I want to try and (...) (24 years ago, 23-May-01, to lugnet.build)

Or a completely new shorter canopy piece that mates to the naboo-fighter windshield would be nice, too :D (...) (24 years ago, 23-May-01, to lugnet.build)

| | | | The models are both very nicely done! I like the use of tranparent bricks and slopes on the cockpit of the P38. It gives the impression of a multi-faceted front, just like the real cockpit. That's a great way to build a cockpit. The use of patterned (...) (24 years ago, 23-May-01, to lugnet.build)

| | | | WOW! You definitely are too good at making WWII models. I love the amount of detail and level of accuracy you put into your models. Great job on both of the models. However, I must say I favour the 88 mm Flak Gun the most! ;-) (...) (24 years ago, 23-May-01, to lugnet.build)
