There are many ways to make independent front suspension without any
specialized parts. I have put some rant on a web page with an idea:

| Take one new-fangled 'metallic' wheel hub (8428, 8432, 5203, etc.) and one 8880 Supercar rubber tire; combine. The result doesn't work perfectly (it certainly does not look as if this was intended by TLG, though it wouldn't have taken much), but (...) (26 years ago, 2-Mar-99, to lugnet.build)
