It seems to be a retailers catalog, they are to see.You could not get
one unless your a retailer.

The problem is I am not a retailer, yet I did in fact receive this Catalog.
I think it must be something else.

In general, if you have contact with Consumer Affairs during a given year (for
instance to request
replacement parts), they add you to a mailing list for this catalog.  Every
year it has a different snazzy
slogan-type title (one year it was something like "It's Just Not Childhood
Without It") and contains
the complete US product line with suggested retail prices.  It's a handy
summary of all the themes and
prices for a given year.  That's about it.
