| | Hi Everyone! I always loved the opening scene from the James Bond movie: Octopussy, where Bond (Roger Moore) flies around like a bat outa heck in a little BD-5J. | | | | That's great! Minifig fits fine, pretty smooth lines, and nice paint scheme all in a TINY package. I've used a slope and inverted slope together before but it works really well on this model. | | | | That is awesome. It is way better than TLC's Spy Runner. I would bet the reason TLC didn't make that plane is they either did not or could not get the rights to reproduce the real plane. (Remember the "Indy Storm") I Wish TLC would have at least (...) (24 years ago, 10-Sep-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general)

| | | | I doubt that TLC would have had any difficulty making something similar to what I created. It's similar to the real BD-5, but it's different enough in scale and detail that it couldn't really be construed as any kind of copyright issue. I think they (...)
