Thanks for the compliments!

My aquazone history is kind of interesting. I never bought a single aquazone
set until last year.

Then, just for fun, I got a 6199 (Hydro-crystalization station or something
like that).  However, I never used it to build aquazone stuff.  Instead,
these parts (and a subsequent copy of the set I bought) went into my police
station ( http://members.home.net/hmltn1/city2/police.htm )

I had been on a hot search for the sacred set 6195 (Neptune Discovery Lab)
for about a year, but I just couldn't find any copies anywhere!!

Anyhow, on December 31st, 1999, my fiancee and I were shopping and I
happened to see one out of the blue!  It was about $100US, but I was more
than happy to pay it.  I suppose that they found a copy some place!

Once I got that set, it became my favorite and played a key role in my
aquarium model ( http://members.home.net/hmltn1/city2/aquarium.htm )

In the months following, 6195's started showing up all over the place!  I
don't know what the deal is, but LEGO must have started producing those sets
again, or they found a massive quantity.  These sets were available in
quantity from Zainy Brainy for quite a while.  I picked up one other.

In the mean time, I started trading.  I got one other nearly complete 6195.

Next, I found someone that somehow had about 4 6195's but apparently just
wanted the figures and he really wanted some of my spare parts.  So, we did
a trade and I got 4 more 6195 gate pieces, 1x6 large trans blue "dome"
pieces, submarine fronts, domes, and column pieces!

So, I have 6 copies of the most important pieces.

I also have a lot of other yellow pieces (including arches) from various
other sources, a few of which go back to my very first LEGO set (404).

Brad

Six! Wow! So that's how you built that thing. Impressive.
