Hey all,
I finally picked up a 8448 supercar set about two months ago and never got
around to finishing it according to the instructions. This is the result of
my divergence:

It's not based off of any real life car but I think it look kinda like an
Acura NSX. The car chassis, and transmission are about as far as I got in
terms of sticking to the instructions.
Modifications include:
Completely redone exterior.
Lowered multiple studs.
Tires from turbo command
V8 to V12 engine modification.
Mid engine configuration.
Gull wing doors McLaren style.
Cab moved forward.
These pictures are all that's left because I want to try building a sports
sedan next. I'll be keeping the new BMW 3 series sedan in mind as I build it.
I may revisit this design again now that those silver pieces are out now.
I've always wanted to build a very detailed McLaren F1.
Well, I guess that's about it.
