Sorry Jasper, but you're not quite right.
The color scheme you mention is used for passenger cars and passenger trains
with integrated cabins. Seperate engines however, are yellow with dark grey,
not blue.
Engines for freight service, as well as newly painted freight cars are
painted red during recent years (official new color scheme of the seperatly
operated freigth department of the Dutch railways - as a side note, some
people think this is a clear sign of planned cooperation with the German
Deutsche Bahn, which freigth department also uses red as its official color
scheme.)
