(...) Dude, where ARE you getting all these Paradisas??? This HAS to be one of the rockingest transit facilities in Legoland, if not the actual biggest at this point... Awesome work. (26 years ago, 15-Dec-98, to lugnet.build)

Re: NEW addition to Monorail Station —Robert Fay
(...) This is one of the most interesting LEGO structures I have seen. Every detail is functional and appealing. Great job. Thanks for the invitation to veiw your creation. Bob Fay (26 years ago, 15-Dec-98, to lugnet.build)

Re: NEW addition to Monorail Station —Eric Brok
I noticed how you use the 6 wide window upside down to get a inverse slope window on your train engine. I was looking for a way to get that kind of engine front (used in the Netherlands too). I'm going to build a similar engine in the Dutch colors. (...) (26 years ago, 15-Dec-98, to lugnet.build)

Dutch Loco (was:Re: NEW addition to Monorail Station) —James Mathis
(...) I look forward to seeing your version of the Dutch locomotive, Eric. By the way, what color scheme do you plan on using? My use of yellow and gray was dictated by the Dutch loco I saw in a Marklin model train catalog. Are newer Dutch engines (...) (26 years ago, 16-Dec-98, to lugnet.build, lugnet.trains)

Re: Dutch Loco (was:Re: NEW addition to Monorail Station) —Jasper Janssen
(...) Current Dutch trains are all Yellow, with blue stripes. This has been so for a pretty long time (>10 years at least). However, there has been a change in the placement of the stripes. Jasper (26 years ago, 17-Dec-98, to lugnet.build, lugnet.trains)

That's an extremely beautiful building. The 'chandelier' caught my eye long before I got to the close-up picture at the bottom of the page. You've captured the Art Deco feel in a way I did not think would be possible. The level of detail is amazing. (...) (26 years ago, 16-Dec-98, to lugnet.build)
