   Embedding plates, that´s a good idea. For bases etc, I thoguht that I´d build the model on it´s own baseplate, then just put it on the display, like it´s done in the catalogues. I don´t know if it really is necessary to embed plates, if you can make (...) (25 years ago, 6-Oct-99, to lugnet.build)

   (...) True, but since I live in the land of earthquakes (California), I will want to ensure a safe 'landing zone' <grin>. Bad enough to see that my work- table has been 'walked' across the room, but to have the models on it forcably dis-membered (so (...) (25 years ago, 6-Oct-99, to lugnet.build)
