Hmmm ... I can only agree to a part of this ... the line is much better

last year (or possibly the year before) ... but ...

this is part of the problem ... I picked up the 8445 (Indy Storm) ... and
I liked the selection of parts that I didn't have, but there is only about
30
or so 'normal' technic bricks. Compare this to the 8440 ... and you'll
see ...

I'll agree with this, but I want multiples, since there are some pieces
that
are not great in number ...

| I don't agree. Considering last year, it is maybe, but I can't call it extraordinarily good. Just look at the sets available in 1995,1996 and even 1997, so you might see my point. 1995: 8812 Aero Hawk I ( helicopter) 8816 Off Road Rambler (small (...) (25 years ago, 20-Sep-99, to lugnet.build)

| Has anyone else noticed that the 1999 Technic line is extrordinaraly good? Just about every set has a good design and lots of useful new pieces. Not since the space shuttle in 1996 has there been a technic set I actually wanted to own, now they're (...) (25 years ago, 8-Aug-99, to lugnet.build)
