There are also quite a few unique pieces, like the red 1x2 brick with the
vertical groove and the 2 black 1x2 plates with attached horizontal grove and
"teeth" on the bottom of the groove portion, the yellow&gray 2x2 turntable,
and many of the odd grey ones that seem to be from Classic Space like the
large 4x4 grey cone. There can't be that many sets that use these pieces, I
just can't find them, but when I do many of the other "generic" pieces will be
needed to decide which sets can be built (or not built) from the more
specialized pieces.

I don't seem to have any of the other parts to support the 86xx series.

I have built most of a 8832 Dirt Track Buggy, but it already has all the
needed steeering parts.
I've looked through most of the technic sets and have been unable to find
one that the remaining yellow and black technic beams could build.

| (...) Hello Brian, I haven't taken a look at your page, but I think I know of a few pieces which pieces you mean. You can find these pieces, although under a different name in Tim Vattima's set inventory (Under www.lugnet.com/inv ): 1 x 2 brick with (...) (25 years ago, 10-Jul-99, to lugnet.build)
