Sorry, but the pieces that you show/list are mostly generic pieces. There
are some hints anyway.
The "lightening bolt" patterned panel pieces and the red 1x8x2 fences should
come from 6671
10x20 thick green baseplates are very old parts. They are very common with
the universal sets dated before 1981, and was also available as a
supplementary set, till 1986, if I'm not wrong.
The 2x2 plate wheels (with tyres with teeth) are also common in almost all
legoland sets between 1978 and 1985. The ones w/o teeth should be older,
from the era of 1970-1977. The balloon tyres are from the space theme, after
1982.
The yellow rod in lot1 is a technic skiing pole, and can be seen in 86xx
series.
The slope piece with "police" pattern is from "space police" series from
1989.
Those space minifigs are also very common from 1987 to 1990
There should also be a technic set by looking those steering assembly parts.
