Hello again,
Just wondering which set contains lots and lots of varying sizes of green
plates? I am making Gasgano's Podracer and the green brick service pack won't
do it alone.

Well I'm gonna go off on a tangent here, and say the most green plates can be
found in Service Packs 518 (2x4 plates), 519 (2x3 plates), 520 (2x2 plates), and
521 (1x1 & 1x2 plates) which were available ONLY in the mid 1960's (so you're not
gonna find these today).

These sets were available in Europe and USA (Samsonite).

But in green they were only available in the USA (and maybe Canada) - go figure?

518 - (24) 2x4 green plates.
519 - (30) 2x3 green plates.
520 - (40) 2x2 green plates.
521 - (30) 1x2 green plates and (50) 1x1 green plates.

This is not going to help you out Greg, but I've had some EMAIL conversations
with John DiRienzo today about plates and sets in the 1960s that have them.  So
I've got plates on the brain today.  (Not to be confused with medical
conditions!)

Gawd I wish they would reintroduce the 1960's parts pack extensive selections
again.

I don't know about anyone else but when I see a Gary Istok post I feel the urge to grab a cup of tea and a biscut, make myself comfortable and indulge in a bit of nostalga while I read his posts.
