I wasnt quite sure what to make so I narrowed it down to two styles and
sought the input of the clubs of what design they liked most. The winner was
an old favorite,
Study 5
from 2002. The original Study 5 was never intended to be in a layout (for
one, its 75 not 80 bricks tall) but has been reborn and layout ready (even
for 8-wides) as Study 23 for NMRA 2008.

What a massive and very cool bridge! I can only imagine how many light gray
bricks were acquired for its construction... Ill look forward to seeing
pictures of it in-use at the show.
