  Re: Aeroflot Antonov An-28

(...) Have you considered using plane weights? ;-) That is a great, great model Tim (19 years ago, 4-May-07, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: Aeroflot Antonov An-28

(...) Tim, Simply another great MOC that showcases your talent. Thanks for sharing. You may want to try and place a 'Boat Weight 2 x 6 x 2' (73090b) near the nose as a counterbalance. (19 years ago, 4-May-07, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: Aeroflot Antonov An-28

Once again, excelent work, You really love your russia gear. (...) Have you thought about using train weights in the nose of the aircraft to balance the weight? The should be small enough to not effect the design Aaron A (19 years ago, 4-May-07, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: Aeroflot Antonov An-28

(...) Sometimes, Tim, I'm not sure what impresses me more about your MOCs - the sheer quantity you produce, or the amazing quality of them. And quality can overwhelms on this occassion. If this was all you produced in 2007, I would still regard you (...) (19 years ago, 4-May-07, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: Aeroflot Antonov An-28

(...) Nice plane Tim!! I like how you captured the leading edge of the wing so well. Not easy to do in Lego for sure. Could you please work on an An-124 or An-224 in this same scale next please? ;-) (...) I think the sheep help convey this plane's (...) (19 years ago, 3-May-07, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  The Old Dutch Windmill

Recently, the Northern Illinois Lego Train Club was given a task. For our first show at the Geneva History Center, each of us created a historic building in the town. For my part, I did a model of the town's old dutch windmill, known as the Fabyan (...) (19 years ago, 25-Apr-07, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.trains.org.niltc, lugnet.town, lugnet.build, FTX) !!

  Very old style LEGO MOC

(URL) Based on this (URL) toy>. As we can clearly from the original see the colour change is nothing but a return to LEGO's basic colour pallette. Obviously this fits the "back to basics" approach of recent years so I think we finally have the real (...) (19 years ago, 19-Apr-07, to lugnet.build, lugnet.color, FTX) !!

  Re: Spiral Stairs

(...) Hi, Your solution is close to mine, except that for me the step height is 2 plates. I always build my stairs (even the straight ones) with a 2 plates step height except if it's a stair in a square in front of a church for example (in that case (...)   Re: Spiral Stairs

Hi Jeff, thanks for sharing your insights! It's a lot of fun fiddling around and coming up with some really constructive ideas!   Re: Spiral Stairs

(...) Very clever with the different wedge plates. Here's a solution I came up with a few years ago that uses a 2 plate riser...of course that's easily accomplished with many plate/tile combinations, but at least it's not as steep as a full brick.
