  Request: 1/19 scale tank/heavy machinery for PDX
 
Hi I've usually a lurker on lugnet, but as Brickfest PDX nears I figure its time to speak up. I'm hoping to bring a 14-wide model semi with lowboy in the Model Team style to this brickfest.   Bridging Sydney - Complete!
 
(URL) Well, after months of planning and 2 weeks of building, the project is finally complete! With lots of help from Anna (LEGO Aus), Carmel (HHT), Richie & Steve (STUDS) and the bunch at the Museum of Sydney, it all came together relatively (...)   ULUG Train Show
 
Over the weekend ULUG (Utah LUG) participated in "The Ophir, Tintic and Western" Train Show at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi, Utah. We are a newer LUG (under 6 months) with 9 active members and this is our first Train show as a LUG. We were pleased to (...) (...) Hi Aaron, From memory, the boat weights are only about 20 grams each. That's less than 1 oz. So you'd need quite a few. I have used fishing sinkers for counterweight before - you could fit quite a few inside that control room or whatever it is (...) (19 years ago, 27-Jan-07, to lugnet.build, lugnet.technic, FTX)

I would love some suggestions on keeping this WIP project from tipping over: (2 URLs) The tower stays together, with a technic beam running up the back side.
