The tower stays together, with a technic beam running up the back side. But
the whole baseplate flexs and tips over with the weight of the overhanging
arm. And there is more to add to the arm, so it will only get heavier.
Someone suggested battery boxes. Anyone know the weight in oz. of battery
boxes or boat weights?

Hi Aaron,
From memory, the boat weights are only about 20 grams each. That’s less than 1
oz. So you’d need quite a few. I have used fishing sinkers for counterweight
before - you could fit quite a few inside that control room or whatever it is at
the bottom of the tower. If you can extend the base further behind the tower (to
the right), less counterweight would be required.
Another possibility is to move the fulcrum further away from the tower (to the
left). You could do that by adding stiffness to the baseplate - but that would
obscure the printing at least a bit. But even adding a row of plates (pathway?)
across from the base of the tower to the left edge would probably help a bit.
