The eyes are actually quite easy. just take a
'Technic Brick 1 x 1 with Hole' (6541), place a 'Technic Pin 1/2' (4274) into
it, and stick the round 'Technic Ball Joint' (203) onto the short end of the
pin! (search peeron or bricklink for pictures of these parts).
It's the same for all the bears except the Koala where I used a 'Technic Brick
1 x 2 with Hole' (3700) to make way for the taller nose!
