Late last year, I started a project that kind of addressed this (sorta) but let
it drift. With recent events I’ve been seriously considering dusting it back
off, and think it’s time to actively solicit more feedback.

LENNI is the LEGO
Enthusiast News Network Initiative that adds LEGO-specific flags into the RSS
and Atom specifications. It’s still in the proposal and feedback stage, although
I’ve let it languish. A very rough and incomplete description is available at
the web site here.
Does this sound like what you’re thinking? And if so, would you be interested in
writing code that follows this spec?

Yes, it's certainly similar to what I had in mind, though broader in scope -- I'm mostly interested in coming up with a better way of finding pictures (what today you might use Brickshelf for, though in so doing you might miss out on a lot of (...) (19 years ago, 8-Jun-05, to lugnet.mediawatch, FTX)
