It also seems that the Euro cab-overs have much taller windshields, that seem
to bulge outward from the cab. I guess it gives the driver greater vision
immediately in front of the truck for easier/safer manoeuvring in confined
spaces. Also it seems most Euro trucks have a single rear axle---I assume
it's due to lower load weight limits for their roads?
Anyhow, great MOC! :] As far as proportions, the cab part should be taller.
But right now it looks like a special modified low-rider rig for racing! ;]

| (...) 2 quick off the cuff things I know of... cabover vs conventional, and total bumper to bumper length. Someone European can comment in more detail but IIRC, European loading gauges and length restrictions tend to make shorter trucks more (...) (20 years ago, 11-Feb-05, to lugnet.build, FTX)
