Seeking advice for a novice 9YO Technic builder who already built Giant
Model and Tread Trekker and just got 8480 Space Shuttle, eg:
- How much time to build each model of the 8480 set?
- Mistakes in printed instructions?
- Tips?
- Other models on www.kl.net/scans possible with these parts?
Thanks for any help that you can offer with this ambitious adventure!

| (...) 12+ hours. Be sure to take time while building -- people report that mistakes can be problematic when they aren't discovered for several steps. The fiber optics in particular can be troublesome, because they are sensitive to pressure from (...) (25 years ago, 2-Jun-99, to lugnet.build)
