 Building / 15023 (-20)
  Tech Tower

Hello, After way to much ranting, I decided to take some of Spencer R's advice and work on some building. While I do have a new building that I am working on (and several bricklink sellers know that it is full of tan and technic gears) this note (...)   Re: wishin' on a BIG star

(...) Some cool parts!!! Glad someone agrees with the flower thingys ;) I'd also like: 1x3 tiles... such a pain to have to use a 1x2 and a 1x1 when there is no stud to attach the 1x1 to (for example tops of certain fences (spindled) etc). 1x2x2 (...)   Re: Clikits showroom in LEGO headquarters office - Billund

(...) Hey, great sleuthing, Manfred. The one just before that in her portfolio is related to Designer/Creator sets so I've copied .build. I set the FUT to .mediawatch because maybe she's going to be an up and coming influence on industrial design? (...) (22 years ago, 18-Jul-04, to lugnet.clikits, lugnet.mediawatch, lugnet.build)

  New vehicles...

My alternate timeline and near-future military theme called: "Conflict Zone - Global Crisis" is slowly being built and put together. With this many factions, its no wonder why.   Re: wishin' on a star

(...) This part has already been spotted, but it's not quite the same design. She asked for a 3x3 33 degree triple corner slope (wow, I hadn't really noticed how 3-centric that part was...), but the one shown in the scan is a 4x4 18 degree triple (...)   Re: Suzumushi attack cricket!

(...) I'd never really intended for the legs to look imposing. They're just for getting around, after all. I mean, I suppose if a Bakemono Legion Sam-Bot was dumb enough to come up from behind, they could deliver a kick powerful enough to send it (...)   Re: Suzumushi attack cricket!

(...) This is a fun little moc, Purple. Altho, I would have preferred if it had larger rear 'cricket' legs. Right now the front attenaes look more imposing. And what is a Ninja robot? That's too funny!! -Lenny (22 years ago, 13-Jul-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build, FTX)

Re: Santa Maria della Salute in Venice

(URL) (...) Many thanks for your nice feedback! (...) I had some fears about the heat of the bulbs. There are two 25 watt bulbs inside the Santa Maria.   Re: Santa Maria della Salute in Venice

Incredible! I always admire Lego buildings in (near) mini-fig scale that capture all the details of the Real Thing. It is better than MiniLand, since I can almost imagine getting enough of the right bricks to build one - and have it still fit in my (...)   "Blue" pieces in new Alpha Team set #4742

I recently saw the new Alpha Team Chill Speeder set #4742 [LEGOSet 4742] I looked up the set on Peeron, and it said that the blue pieces are the Medium Blue shade. The pictures on the box really look like the Dusty Blue shade (called "Sand" Blue by (...) (22 years ago, 10-Jul-04, to lugnet.build, lugnet.color, lugnet.town, FTX)

  Re: wishin' on a star

(...) Well, a lot of the pieces you showed would make sense to complete the Lego system. BUT we are talking of TLC, so waiting for a solution that would make sense is most propably a waste of time. You know this 1x2 brick hinge... (URL) I have wished for years that it was also made in a 1x1 style. Could you folks who design the parts consider it? Thank you. Eric Sophie (22 years ago, 8-Jul-04, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: wishin' on a star

(...) Lots of excellent choices. I've got a bit of a wish list two. a) 1x3, 2xn tiles.
