I was surprised that it didn't appear anyone else was using the leaf elements
sideways in their tree designs. I believe each of my trees use 10 of the large
leaf parts and 5 of the smaller ones - making them relatively economical. The
central trunk is threaded with a technic flex tube and the sideways leaves are
firmly held to the 1x1 studs brick using small pieces of a flex tube that I
chopped up. (Yes I mutilated Lego element - but not in the name of asthetics;
just practicality!)
