  Re: Update to my MOCpages

(...) The rocket and pad was a creation of Michlug member Ken Koleda and was a huge hit at the show. Ken has a few close-up shots in his Brickshelf gallery (URL) Spencer Rezkalla (23 years ago, 2-Mar-04, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Update to my MOCpages

Very cool. My favorite things were actually some of the detail pieces you made, like the mailbox and the trees. On the mailbox, could you post a partly dis-assembled photo to reveal your construction secrets? That's a really nice design. On the (...) (23 years ago, 1-Mar-04, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Update to my MOCpages

Pictures 8 and 18 from the GATs show are of a cool looking rocket that's on a launch pad, complete with launch tower and "shuttle like" vehicle on top. Where can I find more pictures if this? The two pictures you put up are good, but I'm hoping for (...) (23 years ago, 1-Mar-04, to lugnet.build)

  Update to my MOCpages

I finally got around to updating my mocpages with some new content this weekend. Many of these models were featured in Michlug's recent GATs show. Highlights include 6-wide vehicles, town buildings and street details, and a few microfig skyscrapers. (...) (23 years ago, 1-Mar-04, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build) !

  Re: First MOC: Cuckoo Clock

(...) Thanks! (...) I actually DO have a digital camera, but unfortunately, my computer is so old that I'm afraid to install the software for downloading pics onto my computer. That, and there is no room left for pictures, even if I could! Imagine a (...) (23 years ago, 28-Feb-04, to lugnet.build)

  Re: First MOC: Cuckoo Clock

That's a beautiful model, Bill. I too would love to see some more detailed photos of it. When you say "next time I get some photos developed", am I to understand that you are using a film camera, not digital? Get with the times, man! I'm sorry. I (...) (23 years ago, 27-Feb-04, to lugnet.build)

Re: [MOC] YA40K Chaos Talon Fighter-Bomber

(...) [snip] (...) Thanks. It is a first draft. I hope to make at least two versions for the Chaos Powers that use them. Original has much shorter and multi-hose'ed but my RamsHorn-look does hark back to the Warhammer(think castle vs space) era Gor (...) (23 years ago, 27-Feb-04, to lugnet.build)

  Call for LEGO Castle Techniques

Hi all! As a castlehead, I've wanted a web site of building techniques (eg, SNOT), and things in the castle world (eg, archer loops). Something like a combination of Kevin Bricksidge's Lexicon at Classic-castle.com, and Ben Ellermann's Building (...) (23 years ago, 27-Feb-04, to lugnet.build, lugnet.castle)

  Re: First MOC: Cuckoo Clock

  Re: First MOC: Cuckoo Clock

(...) Aw, go on, you make me blush! Thanks! I'm not sure I know what you mean by the top door. If you are referencing the area where the cuckoo bird is, I just used one of those 2x3 plate peices that are like a trailer hitch type thing, where the (...)   Re: First MOC: Cuckoo Clock

(...) Thanks Kevin! Unfortunately, I cannot take credit for the trees. Those were designed by a friend of mine in the modelshop. They were actually for sale this last year in the park at Christmastime. Might still have some left for sale, except the (...) (23 years ago, 26-Feb-04, to lugnet.build)

  Re: First MOC: Cuckoo Clock

(...) Thanks for your comments! This is only one instance of using non-LEGO parts. Ususally I would never do this as I always have said - anything can be built in LEGO. But I really wanted to make this look as realistic as possible, in the right (...) (23 years ago, 26-Feb-04, to lugnet.build)
