I understand the weird catalog I received now. After I sent pictures of my
Huge Gothic Cathedral to Lego, I received the "Lego, Like You've Never Seen
It" catalog a couple of weeks later. A week after that I received a letter
from Consumer Affairs' "Susan Williams" thanking for the pictures and
returning them for "safe keeping". Definitely a form letter. They
mentioned that they would be sending me the catalog in the mail shortly. In
the letter I sent with the pictures I suggested Lego offer parts packs in
more colors for the basic bricks and slopes and plates in more colors.
Apparently whenever you correspond with Lego and make product suggestions
they make absolutely no comment on your suggests other than thanking you for
making them and sending you a retail catalog.
Still kind of weird, but at least I understand why they sent it to me.

| Matthew, (my first article here) This is the same crappy generic reply TLG sent me back into the 1980's. That's why I went over their heads and sent a letter to Peter Eio (then) president of TLG USA. He had the Consumers Affairs manager reply to me (...) (26 years ago, 8-Oct-98, to lugnet.build)
