(...) And then there are those Brick Separators that are not as good as others. I have some that I had to file a bit off the bottom to avoid damage to bricks. Otherwise, they didn't work well and the resulting damage was more than I was comfortable (...) (22 years ago, 26-Nov-02, to lugnet.build)

(...) Yes, I do this all the time. One thing I've found though, is that using brick wrenches (what I call brick separators) can damage pieces when used on the underside. So to reduce the likelihood, I apply the brick wrench near the edge of the (...) (22 years ago, 7-Jan-03, to lugnet.build)
