John,
Wow, all I can say is "Viva!" you have scored quite a "Victory" in mosaic :)
The bas relief viola under the mosaic is really a cool idea too, let us know
when you've posted pics that show this off better. I've really been wanting
to do a mosaic family portrait about the same size, maybe an X-mas surprise
for Mrs. Dew. Time to start experimenting with posterization in Photoshop...
Re: Bond, My daughter plays violin so I started looking for similar artists
to keep her interested - have you ever listened to modern violin virtuoso
Vanessa-Mae? (also Bond's new album "Shine" is due in stores October 15th)
Now if only LEGO only released a color mosaic kit, I'm not asking for toooo
much, just a 16-color kit!

| I've seen so many wonderful LEGO mosaics in the last year that I've been itching to do something large-scale of my own. I could never decide on a subject to put the effort into though. My new favorite thing to listen to this summer has been the (...) (22 years ago, 4-Oct-02, to lugnet.build, lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.general) !!
