This is really a nice place! I especially like to rate other's creations (and
of course see my MOCs rated by others).
I think you already have all the infrastructure for a general MOC rating
system. Maybe you should think about not limiting to building instructions but
also have the same categories for MOCs that don't have BIs. This would be a
very cool replacement for Brickshelf where the counters don't work anymore.
Your solution is much better than adequate.com's because you support
thumbnails. (Although IMHO 60x60 pixels is a bit small and scaling should be
done by your server.)
Let's make bricksonthebrain.com become the new center of the LEGO community!

PS: How do you handle crossposting to different categories? My Hobbes
sculpture is both a sculpture and an animal. Am I allowed to add it to both
categories? Maybe you have already thought of a system to put entries in more
than one category?

| Well after many many long nights, I have finished the all new BI Portal site. It adds many new features and now creates a solid foundation for growth. The new site is basically a live beta, so if you find any errors, problems or confusing parts, (...) (22 years ago, 5-Jul-02, to lugnet.announce, lugnet.trains, lugnet.general, lugnet.build, lugnet.cad) !
