  new paint removal option
 
Hi Folks! I was sitting around, thinking about the paint removal options and thought I would experiment a bit. First I used a brush pad. This removed the paint but left obvious scratches in the surface. Then I tried out the semi crome polish I use (...) (25 years ago, 2-Apr-99, to lugnet.build)

(...) when using this product , be sure to have adaquate ventilation and use some form of gloves... It will irritate your skin and cause them to be stained for a while... I used some of those 100 in a box latex gloves and it broke those down (...) (25 years ago, 2-Apr-99, to lugnet.build)

(...) I've tried various paint removal schemes with mostly very little success. My last attempt was brake fluid, which mostly just dissolved my tiles. I've seen the pieces John has worked with up close - they look pretty good. Up close you do see (...) (25 years ago, 8-Apr-99, to lugnet.build)
