This really is a must see site as well for the organization. Very few
of these sites capture my attention because they take so damn long
to load and they are often a higgledy piggledy mess of broken links
and unoriginal prose.

Thanks!  I was wondering if the presentation was effective, as I rarely get
any feedback on that.

Questions for Karim:

Do you actually build these models, then LCAD them, or are they totally
in your mind? I have a hard enough time LCADing anything, which is
why I tend build, take digital pictures, then post.

Well, its a mix... In the case of the 9000 series, I built a series of
mockups and proof-of-concept models before LCADing them, but the actual
models shown on the page have never been built.  What does exist is the basic
framework of the hull, the brick-thick wings, and the complicated structure
that makes the 4-wing wedge prow possible.

As for the SW Microfigs, The only one that I prebuilt was the Falcon.
Everything else on that page was done virtually, and the only model I
actually built fully (afterwards) was the A-wing.

Do you use an automated web tool like Frontier for maintaining your
site?

I use a combination of Netscape Composer (Ackkk!!! the most frustrating Web
Authoring tool EVER MADE!) HomeSite, and straight HTML in a text editor.
