I had more than a handful of people denouncing the Beretta because they felt it
was the "wrong" thing for Lego to be used for building. I'm sure I'll hae the
same detractors on the HK.
Thanks a ton for the compliments, this one was really fun to work out. And it's
great to hold since it's so much larger than the handgun. Now I defy anyone to
collect the 160 macaroni bricks needed to build it (I had to practically wipe
out everyone on Brickbay.com to get enough)

Great replica! (...) it (...) Well, to be honest I guess I'm not entirely comfortable with the idea of building something like this myself. I guess it just touches a "this is just TOO realistic a depction of an instruument of death" type of nerve in (...) (23 years ago, 25-Dec-01, to lugnet.build)
