Derek: I didn't use LDraw. I work with computers all day long, so LEGO is my
"no technology" break. I sat on the floor with a bunch of pieces until I
came up with something that worked. I was close to giving up just before.
I can imagine that my design could be modified to include a door, and could
be taller. It would work best if the door was 4 wide, though.
I don't have a digital camera, so I can't easily post pictures of how it was
put together. I used a couple of these parts on their side:

And held them in place with a sandwich of 2x2x2 L-brackets and ordinary plates.
The other windows are ordinary 4x3x1 panels (called 'train windows' in S@H
bulk), which sit on a couple of 1x2 plates w/1 stud, which in turn are on a
2x2 turntable, to provide the right offset. All of the windows are
sandwiched between small 1/4 "flying saucer" parts, with the top half
stud-side down.
I hope that helps.
