Depends how big you want it. If you build a wall of just 1x2 bricks you can
bend it, but the radius is pretty big. If you alternate 1x3 bricks and 1x1
round bricks though, you can build a cylinder about 6" in diameter which
might be OK for your building. Door and window openings will be a bit
fiddly. You could also try using just round corners with flat walls, if you
have enough 2x2 quarter round pieces (macaroni bricks) or 4x4 quarter
rounds.
