Not a silly rule at all! If he put up instruction scans of
currently available (by which I mean currently produced and
shown in current catalogues), TLG would shut him down. And
that would deprive us all of an invaluable resource.

| sure he should not put up scans from sets that are shown in the 1999 catalog. BUT have you seen any dark forest in catalogs latley? TLG has had 2 castle subthemes since dark forest (fright knights,ninja) and therefore why would it continue to make (...) (26 years ago, 22-Mar-99, to lugnet.build)
