  Re: New Aerospace Model!

Ahhh, so that's what all the maneuverability on the DarkFog is for, avoiding the shear mass of its enemies;) Nathan Falslev nfalslev@netscape.net (...) (24 years ago, 23-Aug-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.space)

  Re: New Aerospace Model!

Yeah right, Mark. Before my little fighter could even get to activating it's Jamming Suite, it would be crushed by your ship huge, huge hull! ;-) Now a couple of these versus's your ship, hmmm... ;-) (...) (24 years ago, 23-Aug-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.space)

  Re: New Aerospace Model!

Yeah, I guess it's not that big, but I when I was building it I thought it was quite long. Anyways, did it help any in those oh-so-frequent mini-fig-terrorist situations? ;-) (...) (24 years ago, 23-Aug-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.space)

  Re: New Aerospace Model!

(...) Would I lie on such a thing? It is your best aerospace model! I built mine exactly to your specs only my model had a red windscreen and I didn't have any click-hinges back then so the cockpit was a real tough pecker! And it's not that huge (to (...) This seemed to be reduced when I added the stretchers across the width of the span at intervals, although there was still some roll. Even before the (...)   Re: World Record LEGO Bridge

(...) <snip> (...) Hi Wayne, I'm sorry if my post sounded like I was challenging the authenticity of your accomplishment - I figured that since your bridge was evaluated for span length, it was able to stand unaided. From my own (shorter-span) (...) (24 years ago, 23-Aug-00, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.build)

  Re: New Aerospace Model!

Geee...eeez that's pretty sweet Mladen! The wing design reminds me a lot of your Vampire (The first model I've built when I got out of my Dark Ages!). I love the cockpit opening design and the use of those airplane windscreens! Mladen Pejic: The (...) (24 years ago, 23-Aug-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.space)

  Re: New Aerospace Model!

Don't get me wrong, I love the DarkFog model. I just wish Lego had made a way for the brightly colored windscreens, which contrast the rest of the model alot(but still look perfect), to fade into the model better. Currently the rear of the (...)   Re: New Aerospace Model!

Thanks Mark! Yeah, the cockpit design, I'm especially proud of. Oh, BTW I build this model exactly in these colours and those pieces, since I know a lot of non-LCAD folk, don't like when us LCAD-ers abuse the colours! ;-) Also, this model was quite (...) Now that's just cool. I like all the techno-stuff you can see through the cockpit windows. The angled wing design is very nice, as well. ~M (24 years ago, 23-Aug-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.space)
