(...) Because we can't get the laser technology to work properly yet, but the Navy is currently funding major research & development programs to figure out how to do just that. (...) If you like technic sets you probably have by now a big collection of technic engine cylinder heads and round engine pistons. I know I do. My wife the other day was talking about building a female mecha, so I thought I would do some research to see if anyone else has done something similar.
